PJ Trick Challenge: Allegra
Happy first of the month! We are BACK for another trick challenge for April: Allegra
This is a CLASSIC pole trick, but have no fear. We have included different entries and variations for different levels. Up for grabs: a £50 PJ voucher!
How to enter:

So, let's dive straight into it, shall we?
Begin with a straddle invert
If you're beginner/intermediate, you can start from the floor. If you're comfortable doing an aerial invert, begin with a climb. Remember to engage your quads and ankles to ensure you lines are looking sharp!
Hook your inside leg
Release your inside arm and wrap it around your inside leg. Grab the pole underneath the calf.
Keep your outside leg engaged and pull the leg towards the floor by squeezing the glute.
Beginner/Intermediate Variation
Release your outside arm from the pole and extend it towards the floor. Keep engaging your outside leg by pulling it towards the floor. Option to arch your back to create a bendy effect!
Intermediate/Advanced Variations
Here are some bendy variations you can do!
Allegra Split
Grab the inside leg from the bottom of the calf with your outside arm and pull the leg towards your face. Engage your outside leg as hard as you can so you can execute your best active split!
Closed Allegra
Start in the Beginner/Intermediate Variation. Arch your back and reach your inside arm to grab your outside leg. The pole should rest near your inside armpit/bicep. Keep kicking the outside leg towards your head.
Super Advanced Variation
Kick your back leg as hard as you can.
